Effective Presentations Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will be instrumental in driving our business growth by leveraging ZoomInfo to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize ZoomInfo to research and identify potential clients in targeted markets.
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies and campaigns to reach decision-makers.
• Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our products/services.
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
• Schedule and lead Zoom meetings to present solutions and negotiate terms.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with these prospects throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure aligned messaging and to optimize lead generation techniques.
• Track and report on all sales activities and results using CRM software.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong proficiency in using ZoomInfo for sales prospecting and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-thread sales processes.
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
